Description

Day 1: Arrival – Amman: Upon disembarking craft, you will go through halls till immigration area, where you will meet our representative who will be holding a board sign of your name, he will lead you through procedures and deliver you to coach. Transfer to Amman hotel for overnight.

Day 2: Amman – Jerash – Ajloun – Amman: After breakfast, we will depart Amman and head north.

First, we will head north Jordan to Jerash; Pompeii of the east, visit the Theatre, Temples, and colonnaded street.

Proceed to Ajloun, where you will visit Al Rabad Castle; built in the 12th century by one of Saladin’s lieutenants in the campaign against the Crusaders, After your tour in Ajloun Castle head to Ajloun Forest Reserve where you will visit the House of calligraphy, Learn about the six most famous types of Arabic calligraphy and practice drawing your name in your favorite style.

The House of Calligraphy promotes dialogue between cultures and allows the visitor will be enchanted by the beauty of the Arabic language, You can also personalize your own postcard or frame to take back home as a souvenir while also supporting income-generating activities for the local community women.

We will go back to Amman overnight.

Day 3: Amman – Iraq Al-Amir Coop – As-Salt – Amman: Depart Amman after Breakfast. Our First stop today is Iraq Al Ami Coop.

A community of women who transcend social boundaries. Hand in hand and all by hand, we blend the heritage of our ancestors with the community of the present, to create a bright future through artisanal crafts.

We will visit the Ceramic workshop, Handmade, handcrafted, and hand-painted, every piece of our ceramics is one of a kind., whereas our hands-on approach gives us full control and customization of every step of the process, From mixing and pouring to bisque-firing and glazing, we follow traditional techniques of throwing on the potter’s wheel and hand-building.

You will also get to meet some families and have a tour of the coop.

Afterward, we will head to As-Salt, The city has many old yellow limestone buildings, and small narrow streets full of shops and stalls, You will take a walk on the “Harmony Trail” to learn more about the city and local life in Jordan. 

You will also have lunch with the locals to taste the delicious Jordanian cuisine. At the end, go to Amman for overnight.

Day 4: Amman – Madaba – Mt Nebo – Dead Sea: Breakfast at Amman hotel & check out.

Drive to Madaba to visit Saint George’s church, where you will see the Mosaic of the Holy Land. Continue to Mount Nebo to visit the site where Moses was granted a view of the Promised Land, Afterwards, we will depart to the lowest point on earth! The Dead Sea, enjoy free time at leisure. Overnight at Dead Sea hotel.

Day 5 Dead Sea – Kerak – Petra: After Breakfast Head south to the ancient Crusader castle of Kerak and explore the maze of stone-vaulted halls and passages. Kerak was the capital of Moab, and its castle dominates the skyline.

The Crusaders castle provides an impressive insight into the architectural and military skills of the Crusaders, Proceed to Petra. In the evening, we will have the Petra Kitchen experience. Sharing authentic local cuisine in a casual, family atmosphere. Visitors work alongside local chefs to prepare dishes found on a typical family’s menu using fresh ingredients.

Day 6: Petra – Wadi Rum:After breakfast, you will visit the site of Petra, the legacy of the Nabataeans, an industrious Arab people who settled in southern Jordan over 2,000 years ago.

Admired then for its refined culture, massive architecture and ingenious complex of dams and water channels, Petra is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the new Seven Wonders of the World.

The traditional way through the Siq (Canyon) guided tour through the Siq to the Treasury.

We will visit the Treasury, city center, the Royal tomb, and the theater, the High Place of Sacrifice and the Roman soldier tombs and many others, After the visit we will depart to Wadi Rum.

Upon arrival at Wadi Rum, you will meet your Bedouin guide. You will get to meet the local families of Wadi Rum and also try on the traditional wear of the area, At the end, we go to the Camp for Dinner.

After dinner, we will have a small party in the camp with traditional music and folklore band–Dancing.

Day 7: Wadi Rum – Amman: After Breakfast, we will board 4×4 Jeeps of Wadi Rum

Today you will explore the spectacular scenic desert landscape, Jordan’s largest desert.

You will get to see the Nabatean Scripts, Lawrence’s House, Lawrence’s face, Burj Um Frouth, and the Mushroom mountain, During the tour, you will have lunch prepared by your Bedouin Guide.

Short camel ride during your tour, after the tour in Wadi Rum, Transfer to Amman for Overnight.

Day 8: Amman – Departure: Breakfast at Amman hotel & check out. Transfer to Queen Alia International airport for departure.
